My best advice would be to get a haynes manual....It will show you step by step and will have the proper torque for all of the bolts

I just changed out my timing belt for a 92 si 2.3 dohc.
I got the kit that included the timing belt and balncer belt, both tensioners, and the water pump for just under $100.
When replacing the timing belt make sure you replace the water pump.
