Default Can't Buy This Honda Part? and a few questions...

So I need part 28 and it's not available on the list to buy; neither is part 21. I called Honda and Acura and they both said they don't know why I can't buy it and that it is very weird(they were stumped).

My questions:
I need to replace my A/C idler pulley because it has a bad bearing. Is the bearing in the pulley(part 19)?
It makes a light squeal and it's definitely from the A/C idler pulley area(not water pump bearing). Would ordering parts 19, 24, and 20 solve my problem?

Often times with those diagrams, several options are displayed. If the option is not used on a particular model, it is not in the list. The equivalent parts are 19, 20, 21, and 24. The bearing should be in part 19.

That's my main concern.

When I called both dealerships they told me that if it doesn't apply to that model it won't be on that list. However, when I check every Integra model under several websites I can't find number 21 or 28 listed to buy.

Look at the one on your car. Most likely part 21 is not there. BTW, what year and trim is your car?

Oh yeah, sorry. It is a 97' RS and I never took off the pulley to look if I need that part. I already ordered so hopefully I will solve the problem. You think it will?

I give it a 95% chance.

As you can see from the parts diagram, part number 28 is an assembly which consists of individual parts 19-20, 27, and 29-31. So you can buy those six individual parts instead of part number 28. HOWEVER...

Yup. When you look at the diagram, you can see that there are two different configurations for that area. One is with parts number 19-21 and 24, as Dogg mentions, and the other is for part 28 (i.e. 19-20, 27, and 29-31). The fact that your model only displays part numbers 19-21 and 24, and not 27-31, tells me that those are the parts for your particular model. Parts 27-31 must apply to some other Integra model, not yours.
