Default stock block how high would you rev it

i have a 99 gsr with full exhaust full intake msd the electrical system done and a p72 ecu it rev's out at 9800 i was wondering what you guys would recomend i put my shift light out and i really dont want to blow my engine

id say strap it on a dyno and tune it. but from what it sounds like, no more then 8200.

ON a stock head I'd never take it past 8200. You'll be well out of your power range.

just pay a tuner it will take less then 1 hour to tune your vehicle.
