i have 90 si civic thursday morning i went to work and the car work fine, then after my work around 3 i went to start my car and it wont so i thought of my self oh not again it happen to me this before so i waited 10 mins then went to start it again. it wont start still before thur i went to get new dis cap and rotor installed get new oil and all that, and today i went honda tech and found out about the main relay. i went to local junk shop and get a main relay put it on my car and still wont start and then i went to check my ecu and its blinking 15 times and i went online its says ignition output signal what is that. is that the whole distributor, spark plug or the wire, there is fuel cause i could smell the gas when ever im trying to start it, and how do you check fuel compression i need help gusy please help!!

 

code 15 ususally means that you need a new igniter in the distributor

stop wasting money on parts you don't need to fix your problem.
