quick question guys... the guy that did this fabrication.. do you guys know what year accord brackets he used? and would that bracket work with the 88-89 prelude fog lights?

when I had pelide fog lights on my Crx all I did was drill an oval hole onto my bumper support it worked out great for me then I cam across some own us spec Crx brackets.
