Default JDM P13 ECU: How to eliminate the top speed limiter?

I have a JDM P13 ecu on my 95 prelude. I was at the track and found out it had a top speed limiter when around 115-120mph the car just boggs down then it picks right back up until it hits 115-120, then it does it again? Anyone know of a way to bypass/eliminate this without buying another ecu? Any info will be much appreciated.
