you can get one from honda but the cx manual rack is 500 sommin kinda pricey one with
power steering would be much more

you can convert p/s rack from junk yard for pretty cheep look on honda tunings web site
to see how its done

That should help you on your parts site searches. It'll be under chassis - steering gear box.

power steering or manual steering?

 

power steering.. has anyone else replaced theres? After 13-16 years they get pretty worn out, don't they?

 

Mine is power steering one, but the power steering was removed, and even with all the lines open getting all kinds of crap in the rack it's still good...will eventually fail though...but doing a swap soon, so when i pull out my motor, gonna get a used rack, and either get a power steering one and convert it (plug everything right, and re-route so fluid will still go through), or just slap in a non-power one...
