Default 95 Accord Clunking Sound

I got this really annoying sound coming out of the car. It sounds like a clunk or somethings loose. I changed the passenger side Axel thinking it was it the Axle but all that did was get rid of the Clicking noise that was there when i made right turns, Oh and upon taking the axel off there was nothing wrong/loose/whatever with the tranny. But that Clunk noise is not that persistant its kinda hard to determind what it is from now... Im thinking its the upper and lower Ball joint but can't be, the sound is coming out where the Tranny is. Anyone know the problem? it is an Automatic by the way if that helps any.
