EKFG battleship enginebay
I didn't know what to do with my engine bay. I looked around and ran into a few builds with battleship paint in there bays and i loved it. My outcome was great im so satisfied.
Heres some pictures..

I took these pictures on a sunny day so they dont do the paint job justice, but it looks soooo nice.
Many pictures for you DIY's

Outcome looks half-assed.
You should've taken out some bolts and grommets and pulled the stuff off the firewall.
Paint looks pretty smooth though.

yeah Battleship Grey , To me it looks better in person then in the picture. I like the out come, [freak] what everyone else says, its for me not you. once i remove all the tape, foil, new stuts and new Honda grommets and hardware and wire tuck it should look nice with the motor in putting in.
my BSG e-bay on my eg/eh,
after paint

and motor installed

looks ok if done right and if your E-bay is rough to begin with, my car goes for paint next month , complete color change including E-bay and interior (say bye bye rattle can paint)

Half *** NO ... sorry if you have the impression that spraying over certain things to help hide them better in the bay is 1/2 assing .. In my opinion the fact that i chose to sand down items to prep them for paint INSTEAD of simply taping them off or replacing them is not exactly easier in any aspect. I spent ALOT of time taking my beat up rusted out white engine bay (because the previous owner was a idiot) and making it look presentable .. This is not a show car so i could care less if it has a show quality bay .. but also on the same note .. my half assed E-bay looks 100 times better then most peoples oem painted dirsty *** engine bays lol
Cheers
