What rating or color are JDM ITR HID's?

Educate yourself before diving into anything here for multiple reasons:
A) Sounds like you want "color" and not brightness
B) Also sounds like you are confusing "color" with the flicker obtained from a OEM HID projector seen when your eyes meet the fluctuating plane of light that is output by that projector
C) You will not obtain "flicker" without the use of a proper OEM HID projector
D) Aftermarket HID kits can cause crazy glare if made to fit in a halogen based headlight and not one with at least a stock projector like usdm integra projectors for example.
E) HID bulbs are very expensive, and i don't think you want to go dropping coin on something you accidentally didn't want.
F) OEM HID retrofitting is very expensive but extremely functional and superior to any aftermarket kit thrown into a stock headlight
