Default HELP! 2000 civic si em1, on 7psi MISS FIREING!

So, here is my set up

2000 CIVIC SI EM1
stock b16a2 on 7psi
NGK 7's, gaped at .30
Crome @ vafc still attached
2step at 3k
550CC Tuner Toys Injectors Saturated
40psi FPR at idle with everything hooked up
Walburo fuel pump

So last night i raced a 98 LS1 camaro, an one . Got home, car ran fine. Got home an decided to pull my plugs, do compression check, and got 180 across

Next morning i doped my plugs back in, an off to work i go.
I got there on Almost No gas! So when i did get there i put 20 bucks in.

On the way home I noticed when i would let off i would hear a miss fire POP, then i noticed when i went over 5k an floored it i got a miss fire. Pretty much any time i go over 4k i get random missfires.

So, I changed out my VSS an the Plug, Thinkin my 2step was trying to kick in. But that did not fix my issue So then i put new plugs in, still did not fix the issue.

Really the last thing i could think of is my Wires maybe broke some where? Or mybe my ECU took a dump?

I really dont think this could be a filter isssue, cause i still have good pressure.

So people please shoot me some ideas! All info is welcome to solving this annoyance

Do you have an MSD box???If so,Check to see if the wires are tight on the positive battery terminal. If you dont have an MSD,Make sure both your battery terminals are tight. My CRX B16 Turbo did the same exact thing 4 years ago.Hope this helps you bro, ttyl Darrell

Stupid question here, but is it tuned?

Do you have a dyno sheet? Some people on here might be able to read it for you and point out any shortcomings........

before you spend all this money to replace expensive parts in hopes that they are your problem, go a head do some regular maintenance and replace your plugs, wires, dist rotor and dist cap. if you have crappy spark plug wires they WILL cause you to misfire really bad when they decide to take a crap on you.

.030 is to much gap, take the gap down to .025 and recheck....

wow thanks alot for the info guys!

So i put new plugs in gaped around .28 an new wires. An problem solved!

Hahaha alot easer then someing major like bent valves!

Yeah im only on a base map, but a local tuner is going to street tune it for me next weeek For now we had just put the ecu with a base map for my set up an a vafc an richened it up with a vafc, An watching the Wideband. So its really rich lol. But i do know better! an that its not the rich way, so on so fourth.

Well thanks to yall for helping me! Good ideas, an info.

Weird everyone tells me for a turbo civic to have my gap at around .44 but it dose run better a .28 then .44.

why are you even boosting on a basemap even let alone racing, your adrenaline is up so high your probably not even listening for detonation? when you pulled your plugs out was the porcelain still white? and another thing were there black speckles on them. . perhaps tiny schrapnels blowing off your piston? do you have a wideband hooked up? if you are boosting and refuse to wait until your car gets tuned, if your cars not around 10.5-11.5 AFR under boost, stay out of boost man, that way you'll make it to a tuner
