As the title said they are both out.
i dont understand how they are out because i JUST bought them not even a month ago.
They get turned on when i start the car, and turned off when i turn off the car.
None of the fuses are shot (already checked), and my high beams work too.
I just cant figure out what it is...
I really dont feel like blowing 40 dollars on another set of headlights that are just going to go out in another few months...

Is there a problem in my electrical or do i just have really crappy headlights?
They are sylvana silverstar ultras (sp).
if those bulbs suck recommend me something that wont go out....

hey try replacing your head light relay, that might fix the problem since the fuses were ok, also check for an exposed wire (most likely in engine bay) that is causing a short

 

What year is your car? There was a recall for the headlight switch where the failure mode is loss of low beams.

I thought there was a link in the FAQ, but I can't seem to find it in the current version.

Yeap, go to the dealership. There are 3 recalls on the 01, I went to my dealership and they fixed the headlight issue and the 2 other issues for free.

Mine works now. goodluck
