I don't mean to be rude, but have you jacked up the car and taken a look around yourself?

If it is a high pitch squealing, i have experience with that. The power steering belt.
Up here in Canada, when it is 25 below and i turn the corner down the street from my house that lovely squeak greets me in the morning. When either the temperature warms up, or the engine for that matter, the squeak is non-existent. And yes, from time to time when i am driving in a straight line the odd squeak will come from under the hood. Nothing too serious unless the belt is badly worn.

I had some metal squeaking, when I would turn the steering wheel from the center position to slightly left and slightly right. I changed the right ball joint, and it was gone. Check ball joints, both lower and upper, if its a squeaking metallic kind of sound. Good luck!

yes, check ball joints out, while your under there, check your cv axle boots for cracks, try spinning the tire by hand while its off the ground, any noise, go ahead and check your brakes and any signs of oil leakage while your under there too, i know that has nothing to do with that but while your there, be good to check
