Car stutters at 1500, and when your driving it, the car pauses kinda then keeps on rising in rpms...thats the best way i can describe the problem.....also code 14 and 41 are on. IACV and Primary oxygen sensor. not sure if that helps at alll

It feels like a "dead spot" that abruptly goes away right? That's what my B16A did when the o2 sensor was bad. It is difficult to describe.

I guess another way I can put is that during acceleration, usually at a low rpm, the engine feels weak - and then all of a sudden it feels normal.

Sound similar to your symptoms?

 

you need to take care of those 2 codes first, and if it still does it, we can go from there
