Honda hoods almost always fly open after a front end collision.

 

yah the right headlight was destroyed and ripped open the hood as you can tell smaked the window thanks for seat belt. walked away with just a rash, hicky lookking thing on my neck hard 2 explain 2 g.f really wasnt n e 1 else. the motor was nocked off the mounts. put down 8 g's on that car and i lost 3 the insurance gave me back 5 and sum change. i miss it everyday

 

They only gave you 5 grand? What year/mileage?

NOPE! not if you had full coverage it shouldn't matter if it's your fault- it was AN ACCIDENT!


plain and simple... You got ROBBED! by the Big insurance company
i was screwed by Them when i was younger.
so, i hate seeing people getting screwed!

they are supposed to be there for when ACCIDENTS happen... ever heard of NO-Fault!?

i'd take in some ad's showing how much it would cost to replace- you're NOT going to be able to replace that EP3 for $5K...

if they see ad's and sales of ep3's with same mileage going for $10K+ and they dont help you out, i'd take them to court!

if it's already too late, get a new insurance company- they've taken enough from you...

 

Pretty sure it matters if you're at fault. I bought an Accord for $11k and totalled it a month later and got $8k back because I also got a "too fast for conditions" ticket.

i was thinking if he had just "accidentally" ran into someone while he was going the wrong way in a parking lot... he would only be at 50% fault...
the other 50% was MY fault for being the person they hit!
(ok it wasn't 20civic03si! but someone did hit me and we were told when the police arrived-
"in MN it's 50-50 when in a parking lot, No matter if he was going the wrong way" -
which was clearly marked by huge arrows on the ground and on the edge of the lot! )

like i say, i've been screwed before... MORE than a 3 times in fact!
