O2 SENSOR WIRE on a ZC harness plugged into a B18A1...
I can not find the male plug for the O2 sensor to plug into to save my life.
I think it has been cut off so I need to know where the wire comes from so I can run another wire to my O2 sensor, does anyone know what pin or location that it comes from on a ZC harness... hell @ this point i'll even run it from the brain if I have to, I need to pass DEQ.
side topic: Oregon DEQ standards is - HC 220 and CO 1, I got HC 662 and CO 6.3011... think an actual cat and o2 will fix that or do I need to do more tuning?
quote:
DEQ guy: "Hey that looks like one of those there cherry bombs.."
ME: "Man **** man that is a bran neww i mean brand new CAT my friend"
DEQ guy: "Well I'm gonna have to have my supervisor take a look @ that... can you pop your hood too?"
ME: "My hood!? LOL are you gonna find my CAT in there!?"
Any help works for me. Just gotta get that O2 plugged in or re pinned.. Thanks guys you are awesome!

O2 sensor wire is at ECU pin C16 (white wire) - i would try to find it in the harness rather than running a new wire as the O2 sensor wire is shielded and the shield is grounded - it should be in the engine harness at the end of the part that contains the temp sensor connectors and wires for the back-up lights
okay. that helps. It has for sure been cut from my harness than. What color is the wire on the harness and what plug and pin is it on the harness? If I had that info I could just find it if it is there and just cut short or just re-pin the pluug on the harness.. bassicaly not tryin to rip my entire harness apart to find that one wire ya know...
it is in the round 14 pin connector at the bottom of the picture - white wire right next to brown with black stripe
Thank you very much for the help.
For some reason the harness that I had did not even have that wire pinned in the plug. it was plugged off n everything. So I just used a wire off a old dizzy I had and ran it to my o2 wire with a male pin, sauder and shrink wrap. (NEVER USE BUTT CONNECTORS!
)
Much thanks bruv!
