Default *RANDOM SIGHTING: WA state check it out...

Mods, go ahead and delete this if it seems pointless for to me to ask, but I'll have to anyway

Anyway, it was a nice day in Seattle yesterday and when I left my house I saw a Pheonix Yellow parked a few blocks from my house (in N. Seattle) along the main road! I didn't bother to snap a pic, just cuz I didn't want the owner to think I'm funny like that. Just seeing if you're on HT...

Yellow R, JDM front, CF hood, CF lip, Gunmetal Work RSZ-R's w/ red lugs.

Just glad to see another yellow alive and well, that's all. And don't worry, I'm not trying to gain info on the whereabouts of this car, just happy to see one a few blocks from me! Most random ITR sighting I've seen, and so close to home!

- Rob

I hadn't seen an ITR in Washington in over two years and then a couple weeks ago I saw a yellow one and then a black one within a week. They are incredibly rare in this area.

not sure. the only Type R owners i'm acquainted with through HT are the guys n girls who came out last year. other than that, i've known Clayton Bigsby n others through mutual friends since high school (01-04).

tell me about it! i mean, i have personal friends n contacts who own R's around my area but i never see other ones driving. i think it's time for another WA state Type R meet.

i work in the u-district n saw a bone stock '97 cruisin down 50th ave, eastbound towards UW, another bone stock black R cruisin westbound on 45th ave toward I-5, then a stock yellow in the greenwood area. pretty cool to see that there are R's that are alive

n ohio? never been there lol

I see an R everyday, oh wait, it's in my driveway

I used to see a lot of R's on the Big Island. I counted 7 at one time. A lot of them got sold off island though.

lol

i think most R owners have alternate modes of transportation, which explains for their absence. i'm rollin my cr-v right now just cuz my car is down but once it's out again it'll be back to daily status.
