95 ex a/c comprssor in a 96 dx

95 ex a/c comprssor in a 96 dx
wanted to know if all d-series compressors are the same? i searched but couldn't find an answer. just really need to know if a 95 ex compressor will work in my 96 dx coupe?. thanks in advance.

as long as the high and low side hoses line up it should work, they are both 134a so no converting there. i don thave one in front of me so i cant say for certain.

they're exactly the same! Made by Sanden they work for 92-00 if im not mistaken. also were used on the CRV's. thats where the CRV a/c bracket (p7j) comes into play with a b serie swap in a 92-95 civic.
