Default Ignition timing, NO service connector, what to jump?

Whoever did my b16a swap in my 89 EF, cable trans obd0, did not leave a service connector.

I'm about to put a lot of nitrous through the engine and need to be 100% accurate with my timing. What do I need to jump or find on the ecu or harness to set the timing.

Thanks,
-Vector
