Default Condensation in Headlights..How to Fix?

I just bought a 2000 Civic LX. It came with aftermarket headlights with a film of condensation in it. The problem was that the dust cap hada tear in it so I replaced it a few days later. I cleaned the engine down with simple green/water and waited for a few days later to see if it would clear up but it didn't. It suddenly got worse and worse. It was better off with the torn dust cap. Since I've replaced it it got worse. Is there a way to fix this problem?

well aftermarket headlights suck. most ebay headlights ive seen get condensation inside of them fast. try to get the water out somehow, maybe drying it out, and then seal the headlights with silicone around the edges to try to keep water from getting in.
