Default USDM Header question

I have a 97 spec jdm type r and it has a 4-1 no-name header that is smashed beyond repair and it's driving me nuts listening to the leak. So I was wondering if the usdm 4-2-1 manifold will bolt up? The motor is in a 95 gsr body btw if that matters. IF it does work anyone who has one who wants to get rid of it please let me know.

wow, you've got a lot of variables that you're working with right now:

1. jdm b18c5 motor (right? ... i'm not sure about the 97, but 98-01 ITR headers used in a usdm ITR need a different length cat/test pipe.
2. 95 gsr body ... the 94-97 (usdm at least) gsr's had different lengths exhausts... the cats and b-pipes are different lengths... the 94-99 gsr's have a shorter cat and longer b-pipe (in other words, the 94-99 gsrs are 2 inches shorter at the header and another 2 inches shorter at the cat, therefore the B pipe is 4 inches longer) and the 00-01 gsr's have a longer cat and shorter b-pipe. the difference is about 4.5 inches.

i would probably figure out what cat and exhaust you have first and then you'll probably just get a 98-01 jdm header or usdm 4-2-1 header and an (omni) test pipe later. GL
