ok just baught me a 94 civic with a b18 ok it says b18 b but my valve cover says vtec did the b18b have vtec and it does have vtec because man it kicks in like a **** pretty sweet did they use a b18b botton and a differnt tope and if they did is it a good thing or aaaaaahhhhhhh crap i dont know lol somebody let me know people keep asking me things about my mototr and i dont know a danm thing about these motors oh and what car did my mototr come out of a gsr or what

 

if it says vtec on the valve cover, and kicks/gets louder at a certain rpm, it's probably vtec.

 

b18b did not have vtec. a head swap was done if you have vtec. but any yahoo can put a vtec valve cover on a non-vtec head and sell it to someone who doesnt know any better. check your head code.

 

yea sounds like ls/v to me...is there an oil line running from the head(by your dizzy) to the block?
