are they the same are they different? help me out

 

I looked up the part numbers yesterday on hondapartsdeal, because i was wondering the same thing. The part numbers are identical. However when i went to pull some off a sedan today, the brackets they use the mount seemed different.

 

ya cuz i think i got a civic headlight on my car and it sets different then the other one

Cars probably been in an accident, its probably bent. The difference i saw wouldnt change fitment, the only difference i noticed was the sedan had 2 screws on the outside corner of the lights, whereas i can only remember my hatch having 1 screw in that spot. And actually i think it was a bolt, not a screw. I could be wrong though. It also may not have been like that stock, as im sure my lights have come off.

If youre worried, take both lights off and compare. They should be symetrical. If you see a difference, try to bend it out.

I just pulled some off at the junk yard and they seem very close(from sedan to hatch) A few other parts I bought off the sedan do not fit the hatch though

 

so i could be right then

i dont think there the same i have one on the car its fits all stupid.

 

They aren't the same. The sedan ones are some what thinner (or not as tall I should say) as the hatch headlight. Also, although they aren't in question, the corner lights aren't the same either.

 

I think its just the bracket that are different, thats why the parts number are the same, for the headlight portion..corner lights are different for sure.
