Hey Guys and Gals

i just got a Tanabe under brace for the rear of my EG. Its powder coated Red and I want to paint it flat black, Whats the best way to do it without the paint chipping easly or falling off.
Will paint even stick to powder coating?

Any tips on how i should paint it would be great.
