i am trying to hook my new speedo cable up. I think i might have lost a piece. If you could take a picture of where the cable hooks up into the transmission that would be great. I have the cable in the tranny but i dont see any place to put the clip i have from the old cable.

no clip is there, just a rubber boot and if u dont have a boot u might need to get one of those but i heard that u can just can put th cable in the tranny with out it and it still works but may pop out more often,, just pop the cable in the tranny and slip the boot over it ,job done. hope this helps
