hi i searched but found nothing similar, there is a really weird noise coming from the crank/ac compresor belt area, its a rattly screechy noise sounds kinda like a small tamborine shaking really fast. i thought it was coming from the power steering pump so i disconected that but still makes it. i sprayed some silicone lube where it sounded like it was coming from and that didnt help, the noise comes and goes but its there most the time, started 2 days ago after i got on it through the gears once. any ideas? TIA

 

please give me some ideas, i wanted to go to the track tonight but i'm concerned

 

pull off the AC belt. Do you know what a slipping belt sounds like?

edit:

don't spray silicone or WD-40 or use that belt grab stuff. Just buy a new belt.

i dont know what it sounds like, i'll try taking it off, not sure how to though. would a belt make a metalic like noise though?
