So Im attempting to help a buddy out with swapping a Jdm B16A into his Ef, I got everything done except for the wiring. The conectors on the engine harness are different from the ones on the chassis. I traced and counted the pin outs and there seems that just the conectors are different but all the wires are there. Is there a way I can just splice the old conectors on the engine harnnes?
And before you say use the old harness, The old harness was "hacked" for obd-0 to obd-1 swapp
The conector circuled in red is the only one that plugs togeather, The two circuled in Blue are from the engine harness but the wires seem to match the chassis harness circuled in Green

Good luck. A good friend of mine and I had a RHD clip and actually deciphered and rewired the LHD car to match the JDM engine harness. It took many days and was a pain in the ***.
You are seriously better off getting an engine harness.
