I have a 95 accord ex 4cyl vtec w/ 175k miles on it.

The old girl was runnin a little rough so I am in the process of getting her tuned up. So far I have done / am doing:

New Fuel Filter
New Performance Exhaust
New Cold Air Intake
New Plugs / Wires / Distributor Cap
Valve Adjustment / Replace Gasket

I am looking to upgrade performance / gas mileage. I was just wondering if anyone had any other suggestions as far inexpensive ways to get a little more power and or a little better mileage.

I was looking at this "chip" on ebay, seems to actually be a resistor of some sort. Anyway, claims to boost power and mileage, but had mixed reviews. Anyone have any experience with what I am talking about?

I am no mechanic, so easy install is key for me. I can't handle anything real difficult, not sure if I will be able to do the valve adjustment myself either, any tips for that would be helpful too.
