I was looking at my R from a side view tonight, and I realized how good the front lip makes the car look, so I think I will buy the rest of the factory kit. Where is the best place to buy it, and can I buy factory matched PY, my car is pretty much brand new(2K miles), so it should match pretty well...right.

The factory kit for the DC2 is no longer being manufactured if I remember correctly and no longer available from the dealership. You may have a little luck on Ebay or similar online auction sites.


I never was fond of adding this kit but, to each his own. Hell, I find myself taking stuff off.

Why did you decide not to use the wings west kit? Isn't this the one with the mugen style skirts?

 

yes it is... the reason i have decided not to use it, is b/c i am gearing my car more towards racing only with very little street usage and have no need for the kit on the track

 

if rdriven doesnt want it ill take it. how much do you want for the kit?? do you have the rear valence also ???

 

acura dealers can still order the sides and rears, but the front lips are all gone.. you would most likely have to get the pieces repainted though..

I bought the entire kit - lip, sides, rears - off ebay.. very good deal too.. there's actually some on there right now, that I saw last night..

 

is that for the oem body kit ( side skirts and rear valance) ??? if so what dealer still has them ???????
