oem rims
Hey this is kind of a silly question but what genuine oem honda rims would fit on my fifth gen accord. i'm looking for the widest wheelbase i can get my hands on. i believe mine are 195's right now
first, the wheel width is measured in inches.
the width you posted is the width of your tires.
now, the widest OEM wheel you can put on your car are 92-96 prelude wheels which are 15x6.5"
your stock wheels are either 15x6 or 15x5.5

hahah ya sorry i just woke up when i posted that. What about the integra type r rims from 1996 and earlier? and do you know the widest tire i can fit on the prelude or itr rims?
how did i know someone would end up posting "use the search"...i have searched and i always do search before i ask a question. I KNOW the 96 ITR rims fit. You have clearly misread my question and then jumped to the conclusion that i'm dumb.
Here, let me rephrase it. I know the 96 ITR rims fit, and i just found out from h23 power that the older prelude rims fit. The question was if anyone knew what the widest tire size I could go with because i do not like my stock wheelbase right now.
I'll go ahead and keep searching.
Ok so i ended up finding that the prelude rims and type r rims have a smaller width than the accords', but that would go against what h23 power said...

note you did ask about the widest tire and referenced the tire size..........
There's a list of EVERY OEM WHEEL produced on a honda with bolt patterns, diameter, weight, etc.
If you searched you'd find that

WIDEST TIRE AND IF THEY WILL FIT

Not to mention there's a complete listing of every compatible car with 4x114 floating around in the Accord FAQ

And to be more helpful since I saw you're doing a turbo setup, MrWonderfull has a 600hp H22 Accord and is currently on Accord stock wheels with meaty all seasons
So I fail to see how your's is that wobbley. I would look into replacing your bushings with poly ones and draining/refilling the PS system. Maybe replace the belt in case the current is worn and get wheels balanced and aligned.

I tried the ps system and it didn't do anything. I had it balanced last spring after my suspension...i havn't put on too many miles since then cuz i took it off the road for college. Maybe i'll just get stickier tires. Idk the steering just feels "loose" to me, but i get the same feel in every accord...mine, my friend's, and my cousins all drive the same when it comes to steering. I figured a wider wheelbase would give me some more rigidity.
ITR's are 6" wide I think.
The prelude wheels are the widest for sure. Get the sawblades from 94-96 because the 92-93 alloys are extremely heavy.
on the 6.5" prelude wheels you could easily run a 215 tire, maybe even a 225 if you really wanted.
