I totally forgot to do an intro paragraph, I'll have to put one up tonight. The big thing that sticks out about the whole Ten Kate operation is that you get the feeling that it's success is all about the people. Ron is one of the most personable people I've ever met in motorsport and you can see how he gets the best out of people. No small wonder they've been so successful.

are those all your questions?
If so, you my friend are very talented. the questions are RIGHT ON THE MARK for those of us that are technically oriented and are tired of stupid reporters asking stupid questions
Thanks for sharing, keep up the good work

G is a smart guy, i was there when he interviewed Zemke, and it was not the normal interview. his questions are very out of the box and not traditional boring questions.
good job G, keep it up

Thanks for the kind words gentlemen.
Yeah one of things I try to do with interviews is go into places with questions that most people don't. There are a lot of people interviewing the same guys in motorsport so there ends up being a lot of repetition.
From the Miller weekend Soup and RRX interviewed Ron too and it's interesting to see what they asked and Ron's answer. Again it gives you the feeling that Ron understands that the most important part is the people.
