Default Tie rods

I know this question may be kind of simple but I have a knock in my suspension when I turn the wheel. It only happens sometimes but it is fairly loud. I think it is my tie rod but I wanted confirmation that this would be the appropriate noise it makes. I did the outer tie rod on the opposite side already because the boot was broken and I feel the other side my be going now. I don't want it to brake on the road on me, I would appreciate the help.
