my wipers both move in unison, but they rotate way too far down. sometimes they stop where they are supposed to.
i took the arms off an rotated them a little, but it didn.t help.
what does it take to replace the arm between the wiper motor and wiper arms? i am guessing something is stripping out.
this is on my 99 accord ex.

 

i had the same prob. believe it or not but your wiper bushings are bad. You have to buy the arms that go under the cowl. there is 2 of them i think i had to get mine at the honda dealer. they weren't to pricey but they weren't cheap either i think i got both of them for like 200.00

Thats kinda pricey. lol. Try a junk yard to see if you can get some cheap.
