any thoughts on F1 Racing
so i got a stage 1 F1 Racing clutch kit and a 11Lb flywheel and i'm doing my h22 swap into my 94 lude and i'm not sure if i should use the F1 Racing or get something else.
Is the F1 clutch off eBay? If it is, I highly recommend not to use it just because you shouldn't trust eBay on a major component as a clutch. If you were gonna get something else, I'd highly recommend Exedy. There's also a search button you can try using to give you a better answer
That's the exact clutch and flywheel that I have been running for over 2 years/20000 miles with NO problems. It still grips great like the day I installed it. I would recommend using a Honda throwout bearing though because mine squeaks a bit (may have been caused by moisture - im not sure)

I have their light weight flywheel in my SH. No complaints. From what I remember looking at it it looked well manufactured.

i have the f1 stage one and 11lb flywheel on my h23, had for going on 3 years and no problems, we put the same set up on my buddys b18a1 rex about the same time and again no problems. yes the higher quality brand names maybe better but when cash is tight you do what ya gota do. other wise i woulda went with a differnt route.
I mean your doing a h22 swap. You wouldn't want all your hard work to give you a problem cause of a crappy clutch. O well, you get what you pay for.

How many people have actually had a problem with the F1 setup? Did you? I understand your argument but he's looking for empirical data. There are authorized resellers, even on ebay - not everything purchased there is suspect.
