honda del sol radiator problem. please.. need all your help!! I will appreciate.

now. i own a honda del sol d16z6 manual. with a automatic ecu and the ecu is working just fine ,,i used to have a old radiator cap that was already broken.. and the pressure of the rediator was goin into de water tank.. and of course i guess the cap was busted.. so i bought a new cap. and no more pressure going to the water tank but guess what.. the cap is already to give up.. now is it because i have a non normal pressure on the engine.. or what.. because the temperture sensor shows normal.. everything is working normal. even the cooling fan .. but when i had the old cap everything was ok even when it was broken , and just when a put a new cap on it, one hose just blow up because of the heat and cause the hose was to old. .. but i don't get it . the new cap still giving up.. by the way i bought the cap in autozone.... or should i leave the fan always on by doing a mikey mouse on it!! cause when a bought the car the fan was always on.. . and i just put it to normal, so what do u guys thing?? please need help with this, i'm already tired trying to find out what is the problem!!
