You will also need a VTEC ECU to go with that wiring as well.

Make/Model/Year would be an asset if you need any more info.

Its a 97 accord. We are putting in a 94 f22b1 and we have a vtec ECU. Need to know where to route the wire from the VTEC solenoid.

Are you down-converting the car to OBDI?

to a free SOHC VTEC can't beat Free.

The VTEC in the F22B1 isn't going to kick in like the DOHC VTEC does Yo! Just thought that you might like to know that. If your looking for that type of VTEC you may want to get a new cam for that B1.

My Spyder is just a redneck gokart and there is nothing I could do to it that would make it as trustworthy as my Honda.

Well, this is convenient for me lol
I was thinking about doing a Frankenstein swap into my 97 Accord. Possibly a H23/F22b1 swap? Not sure yet though. Do you guys think it would be more profitibale to just buildthe head I have now (port, polish, etc..), do a b1 head swap, or just do the full franky swap? I can't decide.

If you don't wan to convert your car to OBD1 you can use all of the OBD2 sensors from your B2 on the 94 B1.

VTEC ECU pin locations

OBD1
VTEC SOL = A4
VTEC Pressure Switch = D6

OBD2
VTEC SOL = A8
OBD2 Accords don't have a VTEC pressure switch.

So now what OBD ECU do you have?
