made a bunch of those, they're brake handles for roll weld spinners. one for me, one for the foreman and one for the other welder i'm working with.


some goomba wanted this made on the end of 3 8ft poles that thread together so they could pull some filter out of a vessel, it didn't work so i cut it off and welded something else on, that didn't work so they tried something else.. etc. lol, i don't get paid to engineer ****, i just glue stuff together as i'm directed

ya, i'm a dork.



these are some kind of air reservoir tank for a s10 on bags. my phone doesn't seem to have any sort of macro mode to zoom in on the welds, it wants to focus on the **** in the background all the time. oh well. no cameras allowed on site so it has to do i guess. haha

oh [freak], here's a line that was pulled out of the unit someplace for one of the other welders to fix. i don't know how that ever made it in to the plant, just absolutely atrocious! haha

That last pic has some seriously nice welds on it LOL where do you work at???? kinda looks like an oil rig?

 

i have yet to see a pic taken by ones self that didn't make the taker look like a dork.

nice welds. thought the first ones were going to be belt buckles.

 

i work in gas plants & chemical plants, this one is a nitrogen facility, i'm here for whats called a shutdown, part of their maintenance schedule.

yea those last ones are incredible. i bet the current QC guy is the one who did them, which is why he didn't want to re-do them, he wanted the other welder to weld over them with tig to make them pretty. lol
