How do you take of a 93 accord rear bumper?

How do you take of a 93 accord rear bumper?
Please, I need some help and fast. I just cannot find two bolts that look to be hiden under the rear brake lights. If someone can help that would be amzing. I'm trying to intall a diffuser..
