electrical problem with h22 but good battery and alternator?????
my car dies from no electricity like a bad alternator would do but the alternator is good...battery starts car but alternator doesnt charge it
this happened with another h22 i had. i took it to a place and i think the guy was messing with some stuff maybe wires near the fuse box inside the car. im guessing its something thats disabling the alternator even though its good?????
any help???

just for ha-ha's, disconnect your a/c relays one by one (condensor and compressor I think is the second). Had the same issue with my prelude, turns out one of the a/c relays was shorting out internally causing a draw. randomly found someone on h-t who had the same issue.
have you checked the driver kick panel for a blown fuse it controls the alt. its a 7,5 amp fuse usely blows when some one mess with a ground wire or loose wire happen to me it was a melt o2 sensor wire.
dont go to pep boys for to napa they have lots prelude stuff in stocl or atleast mine does. i know you can get intake gaskets fel pro doesnt make them. and e braqke cable got be factory order.
i need to revive this thread cause my prelude is ahving the same problem and i know its not the alternator, so what is this driver kick box or whatever? im so stumped on this problem, i jsut want my battery to charge pleaseee help.sorry to sorta jack the thread

by kick panel do you mean like where the fuses are under the dash? and if so waht do you want me to check about it?i checked all the fuses.
the fuse box under the hood take it off and check the connections on the bottom...have you tested the alt? other than that check the wires that run on the alt
