99-00 fuse box in 96-98?
Like it says, can it be done?? Im in the process of doing my power door conversion and the 99-00 civic si floor harness which Im using (I couldnt source the correct 96-98 one) doesnt plug into my 96-98 civic fuse box. I figured this would be the easiest way of completing this task with using the si harness and being PnP.
TIA.

99-00 and 96-98 wiring systems are quite different. I would try to keep away from swapping a fuse box if i could. If i were you, i would continue to look for the 96-98 floor harness and just rewire the plugs.
Too late now, Im almost done. Just need to know what wires do what on the two plugs under the drivers side dash by the kick panel. Anyone know where I can find a color diagram on both 99-00 and 96-98's that show what color wires are what?? Would be an incredible help right now since ALLDATA at work isnt much help...

Yes, it does. I just looked at a 96 manual showing connector views and a 00 SI one that I found on http://www.hondahookup.com
UPDATE: I got mostly everything working now. We started the car, it fired right up!
Windows go up and down from both sides, which I heard was a problem with most conversion that you cant control the passenger side from the driverside.
Only problem is that I plugged my lock switch in and its not working. I then tested both sides with a test light and got nothing.
I was wondering if this is because we dont have the actuators plugged in and its not creating a complete circuit, because when we first tried the windows they wouldnt work until we plugged in the passenger side switch to complete the circuit.
