Default Battery relocation questions

So I want to get that ugly thing out of my engine bay and more or less want a general opinion from the crowd. I was thinking on using 8 AWG wire considering that the electrical demands of my car is not demanding at all. I have a aftermarket headunit. That's about it. But the concern is that the battery is so small that the resistance of the wire is high enough that I won't get many CCA when I need them. 4 AWG better? Give me some thoughts people. Oh yeah, this is Rockford Fosgate copper that I am using, not welder's cable.

The most amps you will be using is for your starter. I would go one or two sizes larger than the orig cable. You can also go larger it will not hurt one bit.

The large cable will only give you the potential to carry large amperage, it will not just do so automatically.

4awg is a good size.

I don't have access to zero gauge, only 16, 12, 10, 8, and 4.

Zero gauge is not necessary. All it will do is add weight to your car(not much but more than necessary).
