Default Wont start

Alright I got a 1991 Civic 1.5 DP injection. The timing belt jumped and wasn't driven since than. I put on a new belt, lined up the top timing gear(the up mark is straight up) as with the key on the harmonic balancer(straight up as well), I replaced my rotor as that was damaged, and that is set to the number one cylinder. It turns and turns but wont fire up. I checked fuel pump, it wasn't kicking in. I replaced the main relay and now it kicks, I checked at the fuel filter and it has pressure, and is getting fuel properly. There is spark in all cylinders, and there is compression. Fuses are all good as well. Any other ideas?

You say there is compression? Did you actually test it? Ignition timing correct? Make sure your timing belt is installed and timing is correct.

Okay, I'm getting a compression tester tonight, am I right about where the top timing gear and harmonic balancer key are supposed to be?

just do it old school...get #1 cyl to top ded center, then align cam to head. make sure ur rotor is pointing to #1 plug and it better fire. U have fuel and spark, its timing.

Okay there's compression. And that is all aligned right. It still won't start. I did some more research. I'm going to uplug the map sensor and see if that starts, that should tell me whether thats ok or not. And if that's not it I guess I'll hook a noid light to the fuel injectors.
