Default Remove dash to remove evaporator? Need to replace it

I am in the process of fixing my A/C...... and I want to get a new evaporator because I think that mine is bad.... I was wondering if I need to remove the entire dash to get to it.

I dont know whats up with my a/c, I just did vacuum and recharged the whole system and with just 1 can, the low pressure line goes up to 65 PSI! High pressure line is around 300psi! I dont know why....... I think that the system is full of oil or something is blocking. I tried to lower the system to 35psi and it doesnt blow cold at all......
