4k?! IMO, That's too much for just a block, head and trans. Are parts scarce in Connecticut or something?
For that much (here) you can buy an entire '02 6spd Type S w/83k minus radiator and airbag The interior isn't black, but still enough parts to make it well worth 4k. There's another 6spd Type S w/65k and black interior - minus ecu and exhaust manifold for $3,000... if only I had the extra fundage.

4k, you serious? Maybe 1500....
I'd buy a k24 before a k20a2 any day... And you could easily get the motor/trans for under 1200...

Lol, I think you're the one who needs to shut the hell up n00b.

Just did a quick search on car-part. k20a2 longblock for 1600, tranny for 750. So yeah, about 2250.
k24 accord full longblock for 275 w/60k.

Maybe 1500 - 2000 at best. It's not a complete swap, so it's not nearly as valuable.

2200=closer to 1500 than 4k, sorry.

Under 1200 was for k24 and tranny, actually ended up 1,025...

A complete K20A swap will run you in the $5,000+ area just for the drivetrain.

For $1,700 - I just found a motor and manual trans w/ 53k from an '04 TSX.
There may be other things included in the price, I had a hard time understanding him through his thick Eastern European accent.
