Hey guys I am fixing my rear bumper side mount that was bent and mangled. I used a lot of elbow grease, and a hammer and dolly set to get it to where it is now.

I am just wondering, where the paint/primer has come off, if I should repaint it or just use rubberized undercoating to prevent rust.
