car throwing code 14
92 civic hatch,
motor- zc -with a z6 head
found out that the iacv wasnt plug in, (i was thinkin that probly why my car kill hella gas)
so i plug it back in an the code went away.
so i took it out an cleaned it very good.
i put it back in an now the code still there.
the idle would be some where around 1.5k rmp an would be like that for like
2 minutes an go away. an from there on smooth idle..... what can it be guys.
is the iacv defective?
