i dont think its the bulbs either.
i just replaced them like..not even 3 months ago.
but my speedometer and tach arent lighting up in my 97 ex.
my blinkers and everything else work.

could it be a fuse?
anyone know what fuse it could be?

If it is the fuse its the one under the dash. However i had basically the same plroblem, and my turn signal pole is starting to go bad, because when it turn the switch for my park/dash lights and stuff to come on i have to push in on it and rock it back and forth to get it to come on, contacts are probably dirty inside the pole but might as well get a new one (for me).

 

Try replacing your dimmer switch.
