I have a 2000 Honda Accord f23a1 with short ram w/k&n filter and I want to switch the headers. What are the best headers to get and does it give me much increase in speed?

 

From what I have read, no personal experience, the F23 doesn't respond as well to the usual I/H/E bolt-ons as the other F series motors. If you want speed out of an F23 do some research into boost and start saving up, buying parts, for a turbo build. I have seen quite a few F23 turbo builds around. The F23 is a good base for a boost build.

My advice to you is to leave it stock for the time, do some research and gain some more knowledge about your car. Unless you go with a custom race header, you will not see much in the way of power over the stock unit.
