help with installin a d15b into 99 civic help plz!!

i am gona install a d15b motor into my 99 civic what do i need as far as wiring is involved ? do i need to change the whole harness and ecu?

No offense but why in the world would you want to do a D15B in a 99?

Are you talking about the OBD-II D15B? in that case don't bother. it's too much of a hassle. You should get an OBD-II ZC instead.
