when im driving it makes a hissing sound for a few seconds almost like someone it realeasing helium from a tank.....itll come back on after i switch gears for a few seconds

is it suppose to make this sound....im sorry fir the noob question

Sounds normal to me.

Check and see if it intensifies when you are at idle, with the A/C kicking on.
